FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

· Power controlled by 7-position switch.
· Safety thermostat mounted in cooking plates to prevent overheating when operating without product.
· Heat-resistant knobs with screen printed markings and reference index printed on control console.
· Back slot with perimeter edge with enamelled guard.
· Predisposed for connection to other Gamma series elements.
